In order to optimize service supply, improve user experience, maintain a good information consumption environment, and promote the high-quality development of the industry, relevant matters are hereby notified as follows according to the Law on the Protection of Personal Information, Regulations on Telecommunications, Provisions on Regulating the Market Order of Internet Information Services, Regulations on the Protection of Personal Information of Telecommunications and Internet Users and other relevant laws and regulations:

  First, enhance the service perception of the whole process and protect the legitimate rights and interests of users
