One of the six characteristics before sudden death should go to the hospital immediately.

In recent years, with the rising prevalence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, the incidence of sudden death has become higher and higher, and many public figures have died of sudden death. The main cause of sudden death is sudden cardiac death, including cardiac arrest or acute heart failure caused by coronary heart disease and other heart diseases. Among these sudden deaths, sudden death caused by coronary heart disease accounts for 80%.

For people with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, we should pay attention to the following abnormal manifestations.

The first manifestation is the sudden or aggravated chest tightness in the near future. When the human body suddenly has chest tightness after exercise, but it can be relieved after a period of rest, this phenomenon represents that you may have coronary heart disease. This sudden symptom shows that the atherosclerotic plaque in the coronary artery is unstable, which means that it may rupture at any time, leading to acute myocardial infarction. If there are occasional symptoms of chest tightness before exercise, more frequent symptoms after exercise mean more serious coronary heart disease. Similarly, this means that the stable plaque has also been damaged to a small extent, and may develop into acute myocardial infarction at any time. If this happens, you should go to the hospital in time and cooperate with the doctor to prescribe the right medicine or surgery.

The second performance is flustered. Palpitation is a subjective feeling of human heart rate acceleration, and its irregular appearance should be the result of tachyarrhythmia. If it occurs frequently, it is easy to cause ventricular fibrillation. If it occurs, people can die within a few minutes.

The third manifestation is bradycardia. The beating of the heart is initiated by the pacemaker cells in the human body. If the function of the pacemaker cells deteriorates, it will easily lead to the slowing down of the beating rate of the human heart, and in severe cases, it will also cause cardiac arrest and sudden death of the human body. The elderly are prone to sudden death due to the deterioration of the function of their membrane cells, so the elderly should regularly check their blood pressure and heart rate.

The fourth situation is syncope. Syncope is an important precursor of sudden death. Most syncope is caused by the sudden slowdown or stop of heartbeat, which leads to insufficient blood supply to the human brain. If there is unexplained syncope, we should improve our own vigilance and try our best to find out the cause to prevent the next syncope and even sudden death.

The fifth condition is unexplained fatigue. Sudden death does not only occur in the elderly, but also in young people. Under contemporary circumstances, many young people are often tired because of the pressure of work and study. If there is unexplained fatigue, it is accompanied by chest tightness, which is easy to cause acute heart failure. If this happens, physical activity should be strictly prohibited and bed rest should be kept.

The sixth situation is black eyes and numbness of limbs. Brain death is also the main cause of sudden death, which can easily lead to the increase of blood pressure in a few minutes, thus causing insufficient blood supply to the brain and causing sudden death.

If you find the above precursors of sudden death, you should be alert to your body to prevent sudden death.
